A landlord in Lytham pleaded guilty to 13 fire safety offences in several properties has recieved a six-month suspended prison sentence.
Following a fire in December 2010 at one of the properties, fire safety officers found evidence of serious breaches of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
